Arrowtec provided the framing package for the Bridge Creek Apartments, a critical project that brought 24 affordable rental homes to Revelstoke in April 2023.

Located near Revelstoke’s downtown core, the three-storey apartment building was constructed using Arrowtec’s precision-manufactured prefabricated panels. This streamlined approach allowed for faster, more cost-efficient construction while ensuring high-quality, durable housing. The prefabrication process helped address structural challenges early on and maintaining close coordination with general contractors meant the project met timeline and budget requirements.
