Arrowtec provided prefabricated panels for this 1,690 sq ft build, featuring Huberwood ZIP System sheathing. Zip sheathing is OSB with a painted on breathable weather barrier, removing the need for house wrap. The edges of each sheet have pressure activated tape applied creating an exceptionally airtight structure, surpassing current building standards. These panels, pre-fitted with exterior Rockwool insulation and a rainscreen, were assembled in our controlled production environment, reducing on-site construction time and ensuring efficiency.
